Commission Deposit Policy

To fulfill a custom commission request, a $50.00 CAD deposit is required to secure your spot in line, upon acceptance by Tracy Samphire.

Deposit Requirement
Your deposit secures your place in the commission queue and will be applied toward the final cost of your artwork.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your request after it has been placed. This ensures that time and resources reserved for your project are respected.
Artist Cancellation Exception
If Tracy Samphire Fine Art determines that the requested work cannot reasonably be completed, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Balance Due
The remaining balance for your commission will be due upon completion, prior to delivery of the artwork.
